摘要
为确保GCr15SiMn轴承钢热处理质量,提高轴承件热加工的可重复性,利用PLC和CC-Link对原生产工艺进行自动化开发,协调生产节拍,并实现热加工温度等参数的自动控制。实际应用表明,开发的自动化热处理生产线效率和品质效益显著,尺寸稳定性好(形变量不超过0.01μm),轴承硬度和韧性得到改善。
In order to ensure the heat treatment quality of GCr15SiMn bearing steel and the repeatability of bearing heat treatment, an automation development for original heat treatment production process was proposed using PLC and CC-Link fieldbus, in which the scheme can coordinate production tacts and realized the automatic control of processing temperature and other parameters. The practical application show that the automated production line is significant in quality and efficiency, and with good dimensional stability(shape variable ≤0.01 μm), and the bearing hardness and toughness are also improved.
