摘要
灰铁铸件的表面珠光体含量少会影响铸件的可靠性和使用寿命。针对铸件表面珠光体含量偏低的情况,从改善石墨形态、稳定珠光体两方面考虑进行工艺改进。试验结果表明:通过降低Si/C、加入Sn元素合金化、增强孕育处理可提高铸件表面珠光体含量。
The low pearlite content in the surface of gray iron castings will affect the reliability of the castings and service life. Aimed at the low pearlite content in casting surface, the process was improved from two aspects of graphite morphology and stable pearlite. The experimental results show that the pearlite content in gray iron casting surface can be improved by reducing the Si/C ratio, joining alloying element of Sn and enhancing inoculation treatment.
