摘要
针对数字化无模铸造精密成形技术中砂型检测所存在的问题,提出了采用白光扫描技术检测砂型的方法。对发动机缸体水套砂芯进行检测,分析了加工误差产生的原因。研究结果表明,采用白光扫描技术,可以实现对砂型的可行性与高精度检测,为保证砂型加工的精度、快速而准确地修正砂型加工中存在的问题,提供了行之有效的方法。
The white light scanning technology used in detecting sand mold was presented for the problems of sand mold detecting in the digital precision forming technology without pattern casting. The engine cylinder block water jacket core was detected, the cause of machining error was analyzed. The results show that the white light scanning technology can realize the feasibility and high precision detection of sand mold, it provids a effective method to ensure the precision of sand mold processing.
