防城金花茶自然保护区生物多样性保护及对策分析

Biodiversity Protection and Counter measure Analysis in Fangcheng Camellia Chrysantha Natural Reserve

为了解防城金花茶保护区的生物多样性保护现状,从其地理位置与气候特征、植被类型的划分、动植物资源分布状况、法规制度的颁布、保护措施、科研监测能力及现存的主要问题等方面着手,初步探讨了保护区存在矛盾与问题的解决对策,结果表明:采取加大保护宣传力度、调整优化林分结构、加强法制建设、协调好规划和建设工作、增强科技实力、拓宽保护资金来源等措施均能够有效提升保护区的整体实力,旨在为今后保护区的生物多样性保护工作提供参考依据。

To figure out the present situation of biodiversity in Fangcheng Camellia Chrysantha Natural Reserve, this paper preliminary probed into the existing contradiction and counter measures in the reserve from its geographical lo- cation, climate characteristics, the division of vegetation types, animal and plant resources distribution, the promul- gation of regulations, protection measures, monitoring ability of scientific research and current main problems. And it indicated that we should effectively promote the overall strength of protection reserve by increasing protection propa- ganda, adjusting and optimizing the stand structure, strengthening the legal construction, coordinating the planning and construction work, enhancing the strength of science and technology, broadening the sources of protection funds and other measures.
