指出了国内社会经济的迅猛发展,促进了人民生活水平的提升,也使得我国环境保护工作更加紧迫。如何协调经济发展和环境保护之间的关系成为我国学者研究的重点问题。简述了开展环境监测的相关理论知识,研究分析了环境监测机制的现状,重点剖析了环境监测和环境影响评价之间的关系,厘清了环境监测所起到的重要作用,并对当前环境监测过程中出现的问题提出了针对性的解决措施。

In recent years, rapid development of economy improves the living level of people, but also brings some se- rious problems in environmental protection. It has become an important research issue to reach a balance between e- conomic development and environmentalprotection. In this paper, the relevanttheoretical knowledge and current situ- ation of environment monitoringwere introduced, and the relationship between environment monitoring and environ- mental impact assessmentwere discussed. Moreover, this paper clarified the crucial role of environment monitoring and presents corresponding solutions for the problem of environment monitoring.
