Archives management in universities provides valid certificate for their management.It also functions as an important service for the development,teaching,management,scientific research,teaching quality appraisal, etc..This thesis gives a brief introduction of improving service functions of college archives management from the following aspects：enhancing the leadership and management,attaching importance to talents construction,perfec-ting management system and hardware construction.
