对高职院校服务型学生党支部建设的思考

服务型学生党支部的建设有利于提高党支部的法治意识和创新能力,是高职院校学生党支部建设的核心,针对目前高职院校服务型党支部建设中存在的一些问题,可以从班子建设、培养服务担当、提升服务能力、搭建服务平台、建立激励制度等方面着手建设服务型党支部。

The construction of service oriented Party Branch is the core of construction of the student Party Branch in higher vocational colleges.It helps improve the sense of legality and creativity.There exist some problems in the construction of service oriented Party Branch because of the characteristics of vocational colleges and students.We may build service oriented Party Branch from several aspects,such as leadership construction,taking on service, enhancing the service capabilities,setting up service platform,and formulating the incentive System,etc..
