高硫化氢原油在石油产业链中的安全风险探讨

Discussion on the Safety Risk of High Hydrogen Sulfide Crude Oil in Petroleum Industry Chain

随着国内原油需求量和消耗量的不断增加,加工处理含硫原油特别是高硫原油的情况日益增多。高硫原油富含硫化氢,会导致其在整个产业链中逸出的硫化氢增加,极易发生人员中毒、环境破坏等安全事故,其安全风险远远大于普通原油或含硫原油。着重探讨了高硫化氢原油在开采、运输、检验、加工等环节中应注意的安全风险,并提出了相应的对策,以增强人们的安全意识和自我保护能力。

With the increase of domestic demand and consumption of crude oil,more and more sulphur crude oil,especially high sulphur crude oil is processed in China. The high sulphur crude oil is rich in hydrogen sulfide,which will be released by each petroleum industry chain during production and process,thus easily poisoning the workers,contaminating the environment. Security risk of high hydrogen sulfide crude oil in petroleum industry chain is far greater than that of ordinary crude oil. This paper discusses on the safety risk in mining,transportation,inspection,and processing of high hydrogen sulfide crude oil so as to enhance people ＇s safety awareness and self-protection capability.
