摘要 针对智能变电站二次设备检修和故障隔离工作安全风险较高的问题,本文提出了智能变电站二次设备检修和故障隔离过程中的压板操作原则,并以一座220 k V智能变电站为例,对线路、主变压器、母线二次设备检修及故障隔离的具体操作进行分析,提出明确的操作顺序及设备陪停措施,可用于指导变电运行维护人员开展操作以及检修人员编制二次安全措施票,降低因人为失误造成的一次设备误跳闸或强迫停运事故发生的概率。 Aiming at the problem of highly security risk during secondary device maintenance andfailure isolation in smart substation, the corresponding manipulation principle of smart substationsecondary device software plate is proposed in the paper. And a 220 kV smart substation is takenfor example, the concrete plate operation method of transmission line, main transform and bus barsecondary device during maintenance and failure isolation are analyzed, then plate manipulation sequence and secondary device outage measure are proposed. They will play an important role in secondary device manipulating and operation order sheet design, and the probability of mistrip orforced outage probability of primary equipment caused by human errors can be reduced.
