摘要 传统的空间卫星天线具有固定的反射面形式,因而只能给出特定的辐射场型图,及固定的目标增益区。而机械式在轨可重构天线可以通过反射面背部的作动器对天线型面进行主动控制,根据不同的照射区域给出针对性的反射面几何形状,从而实现一星多用。论文围绕着可重构天线的反射面,使用碳纤维铝蜂窝夹层结构开展了一系列探索,为这种夹层结构建立了能够表征赋型过程中结构应力分布的有限元模型。根据反射面重构的设想,选择了具有合适刚度、足够强度蜂窝夹层材料。依据所选择的夹层结构设计了相关实验,证实了使用这种材料构造可重构天线反射面的可能性。 The reflecting surfaces of the traditional space satellite antennas are fixed once finished processing,thus only certain radiation pattern and specific area of target gain is given. However,the mechanically reconfigurable antennas can be reshaped by the actuators under the surface. Thus the reconfigurable reflectors can replace the typical configuration of several shaped reflectors for the different desired coverage areas. This paper achieved the idea of reconfiguration by carbon fiber laminated and aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure. A finite element analysis model has been built in detail to show the distribution of stress. Using this model we found out the geometrical parameter for reconfigurable reflecting surface with appropriate stiffness and enough strength. Furthermore,an experimental platform has been designed and manufactured to prove the ability of reconfiguration for this composite material structure in this paper. The results demonstrate the possibilities of this structure's usability in reconfigurable reflector.
