摘要
空间辐射环境会给大规模数字处理系统引入单粒子翻转效应问题,严重影响系统运行的可靠性。文章从星载大规模数字处理系统的发展需求出发,对解决单粒子翻转效应问题的软防护技术和宇航ASIC技术路线发展现状和方向进行研究和分析,最终提出两条技术路线的发展建议。
The single event upset( SEU) from the space environment threatens to the reliability of space-borne largescale digital processing systems. Based on the development requirement of such system,the paper focuses on the state of art of the anti- radiation technology and aerospace ASIC technology,which are employed to mitigate the SEU effects. Then suggestions on two development routes are promoted in this article.
