精神分裂症患者家属的心理状况及对策

Psychological statuses of the schizophrenics' families and counter measures

目的:了解精神分裂症患者家属的心理状况及实施对策的效果。方法:对100位住院精神分裂症患者的家属使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自行设计的调查表进行评定,同时针对患者家属存在的心理问题进行认知治疗和心理疏导,并观察其效果。结果:大部分精神分裂症患者家属对精神分裂症缺乏了解,患者患病后,家属主要表现为紧张、焦虑和抑郁,经认知治疗和心理疏导后家属对精神分裂症有了正确认识,SAS和SDS评分随之下降。结论:精神分裂症患者患病后对家属的心理均产生了负面影响,积极进行认知治疗和心理疏导,有利于患者家属的康复。

Objective：To know psychological status of the schizophrenics＇ families and effects of implemented counter meas-ures. Methods：The self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS） , self-rating depression scale （ SDS） and self-designed questionnaires were used to assess the psychological status of 100 families of the patients with schizophrenia. At the same time, the psychological problems of the patients＇ family members were treated with cognitive therapy and psychological counseling, and the effects were observed. Results：Most of the schizophrenic patients＇ families lacked of understanding of schizophrenia. The patient had a significant impact on his/her families＇ psychological status, and the main manifestations were nervousness, anxiety and depression. After the cognitive therapy and psychological counseling, the family members had a correct understanding, and the SAS and SDS scores decreased. Conclusions：For the negative influence of the schizophrenic patients on their family members＇ psychological status, we should actively carry out cogni-tive therapy and psychological counseling to help them recover their mental health.
