An Analysis on the Causes and Countermeasures of the Impoverished College Students’ Inferiority Mentality of Employment

由于家庭、学校、社会环境以及自我因素的影响,我国贫困大学生就业自卑心理较为严重。本文从分析贫困大学生就业自卑心理的影响入手,对贫困大学生就业自卑心理的成因进行了阐述,并提出了解决贫困大学生就业自卑心理的对策。

The impoverished college students＇ employment inferiority mentality is rather serious in our country due to the family, school, and social environment and self-factors. It not only goes against their personal growth, but also affects the stable development of the society to a certain extent. So it is imperative to relieve the impoverished college students＇ employment inferiority mentality, so this paper also put forward to take effective measures to solve this problem from various aspects.
