基于PRO/E的直齿圆柱齿轮参数化造型研究

摘要 直齿圆柱齿轮在PRO/E环境下造型方法复杂、工作量大。齿轮有多个参数,其中任何一个参数改变都需要对齿轮进行重新设计,耗时、费力。针对这种情况,本研究从渐开线的形成原理、决定齿轮大小、轮齿大小及形状的齿轮参数:齿数z、模数m、压力角α和齿宽B出发,在对齿轮造型的过程中逐步建立起渐开线产生的方程、齿顶圆、分度圆、齿根圆、基圆与齿数z、模数m、压力角α的关系,最后,只需在交互界面中输入齿轮参数即可获得需要的直齿圆柱齿轮。 The straight teeth cylindrical gear modeling method is complicated and with heavy workload under PRO/E environment. Gear has multiple parameters, of which each one to be changed is required the gear redesign,time-consuming and laborious. In view of this situation, this study formed involute principle, decided the gear size,tooth size and shape of the gear parameters: number of teeth z, modulus m, the pressure angle α and tooth width B starting in gear modeling process relations gradually establish involute generated equations addendum circle, pitch circle, tooth root circle, base circle and the number of teeth z, modulus m, the pressure angle α, finally, simply by entering gear parameters in the interactive interface it can get the spur gear needed.
