中药注射剂产生不良反应的原因分析及应对策略探讨

Reason analysis and countermeasure exploration of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection

中药注射剂是中药的一种创新剂型,与传统中药剂型相比,具有作用可靠、生物利用度高、起效快等特点,但其不良反应报道日益增多。本文就除患者个体差异和有效成分本身因素以外的中药材质量、中药材炮制、辅料、生产工艺、质量标准和临床应用进行了分析,并对避免或减少不良反应提出了合理化的建议。

Chinese medicine injection is a novel preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine. It is characterized by safety,high bioavailability,and fast onset of action when compared with regular tradtional Chinese medicine decoction. How-ever,its adverse reactions（ADR）is grown. Drug quality,drug processing,adjuvant,technology,quality specification and clinical application,except of individual difference of patients and effective component,were analyzed in this paper,and ra-tional suggestions were proposed to minimized or avoid the risk of ADR.
