风冷冷热水机组测试系统的优化改进

摘要 在原有实验系统的基础上,对风冷冷热水机组进行优化设计,并针对常规系统中余热存在浪费的现象,以及制冷机和空气加热器同时工作造成极大能源浪费的问题进行了优化改进。为了节省风冷冷热水机组性能测试试验室的耗电量,提出了一种新型试验室节能改进设计方案,即在工况机组上增设热回收器回收利用高温高压气体,以期达到节能目的。 The air-cooled and cold/hot wetter unit is optimized with the original experiment system.Both the waste heat in the general system and the serious energy waste while refrigerators and air heatersoperate together, are improved. In order to sewe the power consumption of performance testing laboratoryfor air-cooled and cold/hot water unit, this paper presents a new type of energy saving improvementsolution for laboratory design installing the heat reclaiming device on the operated unit to recovery air ofhigh temperature and high pressure, and achieve the goal of energy saving.
