摘要
利用资源丰富和廉价易得的棉花秸秆制取性价比高的夹心墙板,消除了一个空气污染源,得到了一种用途广泛的新型建筑材料。为保证棉秸秆夹心保温隔墙条板产品的质量,满足GB/T 23451—2009《建筑用轻质隔墙条板》的标准要求,根据原材料的特点从面层和夹心层两方面对原材料的选择、生产过程、生产方法、设备的选择等进行了有效的试验探索研究,从理论角度对该产品的生产可行性予以分析、论证。
The abundant and cheap cotton straw as a cost-effective raw material for sandwich wallboardwill eliminate a source of air pollution, promoting itself wide utilization as new building material. In order toensure the quality of cotton straw sandwich insulation partition wall slats meet requirements in GB/T 23451-2009 “Light weight panels for partition wall used in buildings”, the raw material selection, productionprocess, producing method and equipment selection are tested effectively from the surface layer and thes andwich layer of partition wall accor ding to the charac teris tics of raw mate rials, the p roduc ing feasib ility ofthe production is analyzed and proved theoretically.
