维稳民兵觉察压力与情绪状态的关系:社会支持的中介作用

Relationship between perceived stress and emotional state of stability-keeping militiamen: mediating effect of social support

目的探讨维护社会稳定(简称"维稳")期间民兵的情绪状态与觉察压力、社会支持之间的关系及社会支持的中介作用。方法随机整群抽取新疆维稳民兵832名,运用正性负性情绪量表、觉察压力问卷和领悟性社会支持问卷进行调查,采用SPSS 21.0软件进行情绪状态的影响因素分析,采用AMOS 21.0软件进行中介作用分析。结果 (1)正性情绪与预测感、控制感、超载感、社会支持呈正相关(P<0.01),负性情绪与预测感、控制感、社会支持呈负相关(P<0.05)。(2)超载感、社会支持、预测感对正性情绪有预测作用(P<0.01),预测感、社会支持、控制感对负性情绪有预测作用(P<0.01)。(3)控制感、超载感通过社会支持对正性情绪的部分中介效应值分别为0.074、0.068,占总效应的24.4%、18.0%。结论社会支持在控制感、超载感与负性情绪之间具有完全中介作用;社会支持在控制感、超载感与正性情绪之间具有部分中介作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship of emotional state with perceived stress and social support during militiamen maintaining the stability of Xinjiang. Methods Using New Recruits Self-compiled Training Burnout Questionnaire, General Self-Efficiency Scale, Mission Orientation Questionnaire, 832 militiamen were investigated with random sampling, and software of SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze factors influencing emotional state, software of AMOS 21.0 was used for mediator analysis. Results （1） Positive emotion showed significantly passive correlation with sense of prediction, sense of control, sense of overload, and social support （P〈0.01）. Negative emotion showed significant negative correlation with sense of prediction, sense of control and social support （P〈0.05）. （2） Sense of overload, social support and sense of prediction played predictive role on positive emotion （P〈0.01）. Sense of prediction, social support and sense of control played predictive role on negative emotion （P〈0.01）. （3） The partial mediating effect value of the Sense of control and overload on the positive emotion via society support were 0.074 and 0.068, respectively, which were 24.4% and 18.0% of the total effect, respectively. Conclusions Society support has totally intermediary effect among sense of control, sense of overload and negative emotion. Society has partial intermediary effect among sense of control, sense of overload and positive emotion.
