Reflection on the status quo and countermeasure of competency of civilian staff in medical service readiness

结合军队医院非现役文职人员参加卫勤战备实践能力,分析其使命意识、身心素质、急救战伤救护能力、政治意识等现状,探讨提高卫勤战备的能力水平的对策,以期为新时期卫勤保障能力的提高提供一定借鉴。

According to the practice competency of medical service readiness of non-commissioned civilian staff in military hospital, the author analysed the status quo of their sense of mission, physical and psychological quality, first aid ability and political consciousness, and explored the countermeasures to improve the competency of medical service readiness, hopefully providing references for improvement of the competency of medical support.
