A Literature Study on Corporate Environmental Scanning:Meaning,Measurement,Antecedent and Outcome

摘要 基于对国内外近30年相关文献的系统回顾,探讨了企业环境扫描的内涵与测量方法;从外部环境、战略类型、组织机构特征和管理者背景特征4个方面梳理了企业环境扫描的影响因素;评析了环境扫描与企业财务绩效、创新绩效、竞争优势等变量之间的关系。最后,针对研究不足提出了未来研究方向。 Based on systematic review of the literature at home and abroad in the nearly past 30 years ,this study first dis‐cussed the meaning and measurement methods of firm's environmental scanning .Then ,from the perspective of external environment ,strategy type ,organization characteristics and manager's background characteristics ,this paper reviewed the antecedent of firm's environmental scanning .And then ,the relationship between environmental scanning and corporate fi‐nancial performance ,innovation performance ,competitive advantage and so on were discussed .Finally ,for the limitations of previous studies ,this paper proposes put forw ard future research directions .
