摘要
湿陷性黄土属于一种特殊土质,对地表水或地下水的变化较为敏感,严重影响了建筑物地基的稳定性。依托某既有建筑湿陷性黄土地基加固工程,结合既有建筑特点,分别从地质条件(内因)、上部荷载(外因)及水因素(诱发因素)3个方面入手,提出采用人工挖孔桩+注浆法、扩大基础及做水泥土搅拌桩止水帷幕等加固措施,来解决该既有建筑湿陷性黄土地基不均匀沉降的问题。该工程为今后类似工程提供了参考。
Collapsible loess is one kind of special soil,which is sensitive to the change ofgroundwater,thus seriously impact the stability of foundations in project construction. This paper takes a collapsible loess foundation reinforcement project of existing building as research object. Considericharacteristics of existing building,this paper proposes reinfor-cement measures such as manuaging pile+grouting method, expanding foundation and making soil cement pile as waterproof curtain re-spectively from three aspects of geological conditionsCinternal cause),upper ioads(externai cause) and wa-ter factor(induction factor) , in order to solve the uneven setting issue of loess foundation of existing build-ings. This project can provide reference to future similar projects.
