“80后”员工情绪智力对创造力的影响

摘要 "80后"员工是一个特殊群体,他们正在走向历史的前台,即将成为国家各行各业建设的中坚力量,他们的情绪智力影响工作动机和创造力。本文通过对"80后"员工的采访调查,采用实证研究方法,利用SPSS软件对收集的数据进行分析。
