基于GIS的贵州农村发展规划管理系统研究——以长顺县板床村为例

A study over GIS on planning, developing and managing system in Guizhou countryside-Case of Banchuang village, Changshun

GIS(地理信息系统 )作为新兴的区域资源与经济、社会发展管理技术 ,具有细致、系统、条理清楚 ,反应迅速的优点 ,贵州农村社会经济发展落后 ,其中一个十分重要的原因是经济资源的时空组合失衡 ,导致一些资源紧缺 ,一些资源利用不充分 ,因此有必要探索一种更科学有效的资源管理方法 ,对社会经济系统进行统筹规划 ,合理布局。本文拟以贵州省长顺县板床村的村域经济系统的 GIS管理为例探索

GIS (Geographical Information System) is a new technology of management about regional economy. It is meticulous, systematic, clear and quick. Rural economy is developing slowly in Guizhou, one of the important reasons is the resources being composed unsuitably. So a more scientific and effecitve method to manage the economical resources is needed. This paper tries to study a way in which GIS is used at planning and managing developing countryside.
