摘要
通过临床药师参与癌痛患者使用麻醉药品的管理及提供药学服务工作中遇到的两例大剂量使用阿片类缓释制剂案例的描述分析,对当前基层医疗机构麻醉药品管理现状和现行癌症患者医保政策进行讨论,进而探讨为癌痛患者服务的进一步完善措施。
By clinical pharmacists to participate in the management of the use of narcotic pain patients and to provide pharmaceutical care work in the two cases of large dose use of opioid controlled-release formulation the description of the case analysis, the current management status of grassroots medical institutions narcotic drugs and the medical insurance policy in cancer patients is discussed, and then further better measurements of service for the patients with pain were discussed.
