姜汤对结直肠癌XELOX方案化疗致急性呕吐96例疗效观察

Antiemetic Effect of Ginger Decoction on Colorectal Cancer Patients With XELOX Regimens Chemotherapy

目的:探讨姜汤对预防XELOX方案化疗致急性呕吐的影响,寻找简单可行的提升预防化疗呕吐效果的方法。方法:将96例结直肠癌患者按入组先后顺序依次分为对照组和观察组,均给予标准XELOX方案化疗。对照组采用盐酸格拉司琼注射液预防止吐,观察组采用姜汤+盐酸格拉司琼注射液预防止吐,然后观察化疗后24h内两组患者的呕吐控制情况,进行分析评价。结果:观察组化疗后急性呕吐有效控制率为79.19%,明显高于对照组64.58%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:在预防结直肠癌患者XELOX方案化疗致急性呕吐方面,姜汤可明显提高盐酸格拉司琼注射液的止吐效果。

Objective： To observe the antiemetic effect of ginger decoction on colorectal cancer patients with XELOX regimens.Method：96 colorectal cancer patients were divided into two groups by the time enrolled, all of them received standard XELOX regimens chemotherapy,the control group prevent vomiting with granisetron only,the experimental group prevent vomiting with granisetron and ginger decoction,then the difference of antiemetic effect within 24 hours between the two groups were evaluated.Results：Antiemetic effect of the experimental group reach up to 79.17%, obviously superior to the control group which only 64.58%. There are significant difference between the two groups respectively by analysis of test（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Ginger decoction can obviously improve antiemetic effect of granisetron on colorectal cancer patients which receive standard XELOX regimens chemotherapy.
