近几十年来,在世界范围内,包括药物在内的有毒物质中毒情形每年呈上升趋势,死亡人数不断增加。药师作为医疗团队成员应积极参与药物中毒患者的救治。药师应当熟悉和掌握药物中毒和患者管理相关知识。本系列文章为临床药师提供了这方面必备的资讯。本文阐述了阿片类药物中毒患者的管理。
The trend of drug overdose and poisoning has been rising steadily over the past several decades, and the related rate of mortality has also increased. Pharmacists are an integral part of the healthcare team, playing a vital role in the management of overdose patients. The objectives of this series of articles are to update pharmacists with the latest trends on drug overdose and patient management, including the appropriate use of antidotes. This paper discusses patient management with opioid drug overdose.
