摘要
药学服务是医院药学发展和实践的重要部分,药师是药学服务的实践者。然而对于初涉医院药学工作的处于轮转阶段的年轻药师,如何在岗位工作中自发的开展药学服务的工作,并在不同方面实现药师个人价值与药师职业价值,是这一群体关注的重要问题。本文根据笔者初涉药学工作岗位期间开展的工作实例,结合自身思考探讨上述问题,为处在相似发展阶段药师提供参考。
Pharmaceutical service is important to the development and practice of clinical pharmacy. The pharmacist is the practitioner of pharmaceutical service. However for those young pharmacists who are still in the cultivate stage; the most important issue is focused on how to carry out pharmaceutical service initiative, and realize personal and occupational value in different aspects. This paper based on the author＆#39;s work experiences during cultivate stage, aims to provide a reference for pharmacists who are in the similar stage of development.
