摘要
通过湿法纺丝制备不同红花含量的红花粘胶纤维,探讨红花含量对红花粘胶纤维性能的影响。结果表明:随着纺制的红花粘胶纤维中红花含量的升高,红花粘胶纤维的双折射率、结晶度、晶粒尺寸、热重分析质量残存率和纤维断裂强度均有不同程度的下降,而纤维的断裂伸长率却有不同程度的上升,但并未改变红花粘胶纤维纤维素Ⅱ的晶型结构。红花含量的提高使得纤维的分子结构稳定性与力学性能下降。
This study prepares safflower viscose with different contents of safflower through wet spinning, and discusses the influence of safflower content on the performance of safflower viscose.The result shows that,with the increase of safflower content in safflower viscose spun, birefringence, degree of crystallinity, grain size, mass survival rate in thermogravimetric experiment and breaking strength of safflower viscose reduce to different extents,while its elongation at break increases at different degrees,but the crystal structure of cellulose II of safflower viscose is not changed.The increase of safflower content reduces the stability of molecular structure and mechanical properties of fiber.
