摘要
通过对尿液侵蚀处理后的棉纤维、棉纱及纯棉织物的吸湿回潮性能测试,探讨了尿液侵蚀处理对棉布尿不湿吸湿性能影响。结果表明,尿液的温度越高,对纯棉织物吸湿回潮性能下降越大,而纯棉织物织造所用的纱线越细,捻系数越小,织物组织结构浮长线越长,尿液侵蚀对纯棉织物的吸湿回潮性能下降越小。同时,棉纤维、棉纱与纯棉织物的吸湿回潮性能均随着尿液侵蚀处理时间的增加而不断下降,且下降幅度变化最大的时间区间均在0~5h。
This study discusses the influence of urine eroding treatment on moisture absorption performance of cotton diaper through the test on moisture regain property of cotton fiber,cotton yarn and pure cotton fabrics subj ect to urine eroding treatment.The study shows that,the higher the temperature of urine is,the greater the reduction of moisture regain property of pure cotton fabrics will be;the finer the yarn used for pure cotton fabrics is and the smaller the twist multiplier is, the longer the float of fabric structure will be and the reduction of moisture regain property of pure cotton fabrics by urine erosion will be.Meanwhile,moisture regain property of cotton fiber,cotton yarn and pure cotton fabrics reduces constantly with the increase of urine eroding treatment time.The time interval with the greatest decreasing range is 0 to 5 d.
