摘要
针对SDS900A型加弹机冷却盒丝道磨损而导致丝条强伸度下降的现象,提出了两种改造方案。通过在冷却盒两端加装导丝器的方法来提高丝条的物理性能。通过比较发现:改造后两种方案对张力、毛丝及僵丝降等率变化影响均不大,但丝条的强伸度有所提高且均一性好;两种方案均可以改善目前的设备状况,可以考虑根据实际情况选择改造方案。改造方案可为未来加弹机冷却系统的设计提供参考。
In allusion to the phenomenon of reduction of strength and elongation of strand caused by yarn path abrasion of cooling box of SDS900A texturing machine,this paper puts forward two modification schemes.Physical properties of strand are improved with the method of adding yarn guide at both ends of cooling box.The results show that:two modification schemes have little influence on the change of tension,drop rate of broken filament and ossified filament,but strong and elongation of strand are improved and have good uniformity.Two kinds of schemes can improve the current equipment condition,and can be chosen according to actual situation.Modification schemes can provide reference for future design of cooling system of texturing machine.
