摘要
选用市面上用于一次性卫生用品背膜的6种热风粘合无纺布,观察和测定了样品的纤维截面形态、粘结点形态以及无纺布面密度、厚度、力学性能等物理性能,测定了弯曲刚度和表面粗糙度等影响无纺布接触舒适性的客观物理指标,并进行了无纺布接触舒适性主观感受评价实验,以考察无纺布结构性能对接触舒适性影响的规律。研究表明:相对于柔软性,光滑性对无纺布的皮肤接触舒适性起主导作用,适当降低粘结点密度和避免熔融的硬粘结点,以及合理控制面密度均匀性可以获得光滑性良好的无纺布。
This study selects 6 commercialized products,used as topGsheets of disposable hygiene products,to investigate the structure and properties of the nonwovens,such as the crossGsections and the bonding points of the fibers,as well as basic weight,thickness and mechanical properties,measures the obj ective indicators of comfortability of contact,such as bending rigidness and surface roughness,and compares with the results of the sensory comparison,that is a subj ective test of the comfortability of contact to probe the law of influence of the structure and material properties on the comfortability of contact.The results show that,comparing with softness,smoothness plays a dominate role to decide comfortability of contact. Well controlled processing condition is import for producing nonwovens with good smoothness,by which density of bounding point can be reduced,and molten bounding point and serious unevenness can be avoided.
