青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者躯干侧屈肌群力量分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者躯干侧屈肌群力量素质状况及其与侧弯方向的关系,指导AIS患者躯干肌肉力量康复训练。方法:选取18例青少年AIS患者纳入实验组,同时选取18例脊柱发育正常的同龄青少年纳入对照组,采用拉力传感器采集患者躯干在额状面内0°和30°侧屈时侧屈肌群力量数据。结果:两个躯干侧屈角度下实验组躯干侧屈肌群力量主弯侧与主弯对侧间均无显著性差异[主弯侧:0°(5.0±0.9)N/kg,30°(5.0±0.8)N/kg;主弯对侧:0°(5.9±1.0)N/kg,30°(5.7±1.2)N/kg)],但明显小于对照组[0°(7.4±0.1)N/kg,30°(6.5±0.1)N/kg]。结论:AIS患者躯干侧屈肌群力量弱于正常人,但与侧弯方向无关。应根据患者躯干侧屈肌群力量状况,加强核心力量训练,提高和平衡躯干肌肉力量,进而提高AIS患者身体稳定性。 Objective:To investigate the force of trunk lateral flexion flexor of subjects with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in the standing position ,and analyze the relation between force and direction of scoliotic primary curve and guide the trunk muscle strength re‐habilitation training in patients with AIS .Methods:Eighteen AIS patients and eighteen age‐matched normal adolescents were studied . Pulling force sensors was used to record the force data of trunk lateral flexion flexor .Results:Force of trunk lateral flexion flexor of AIS was not significant asymmetry between primary curve side [0°(5.0 ± 0.9) N/kg ,30°(5.0 ± 0.8)N/kg] and primary curve offside [0° (5.9 ± 1.0) N/kg ,30°(5.7 ± 1.2) N/kg)] .Force of trunk lateral flexion flexor in AIS was significantly weaker than normal adolescents [0°(7.4± 0.1) N/kg ,30°(6.5 ± 0.1) N/kg].Conclusion:Force of trunk lateral flexion flexor of AIS was weaker than normal adolescents .But force of trunk lateral flexion flexor of AIS was not correlated to the direction of the scoliotic primary curve .AIS patients should improve and bilance the force of trunk lateral flexion flexor to improve body stability .
