3104例山西潞安煤矿井下工人健康状况调查分析

Investigation on Health Status of 3104 Workers in Lu'an Coal Mine

目的:调查分析煤矿井下工人健康状况,为实施健康教育、健康管理和干预策略提供依据。方法:对3 104例井下工人健康体检结果进行统计学分析。结果:检出异常包括超重1 051例(33.86%),脂肪肝537例(17.30%),高血压356例(11.47%),空腹血糖受损258例(8.31%),甘油三酯异常187例(6.02%)是影响该煤矿井下工人健康的前5位疾病,其检出率在不同年龄段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随年龄增长检出率增高。结论:超重、脂肪肝、高血压、空腹血糖受损及高甘油三脂血症占体检指标异常检出率的前5位,慢性病已成为煤矿工人的主要健康问题,应采取积极有效干预措施,提高煤矿工人健康水平。

Objective：To provide suggestions for health education ,health management and interventions by analyzing the physical examination data of the coal miner in Shanxi province .Methods：The physical examination data of 3 104 coal workers were collected in our study .Then the SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis .Results：The number of overweight was 1 051（33.86% ） ,fatty liver was 537（17.30% ） ,hypertension was 356（11.47% ） ,IFG was 258（8.31% ） ,high TG was 187（6.02% ） ,Is affecting the coal mine workers health in the top 5 disease .The positive rates above abnormal indicators between different age groups were statistically significant （P〈0 .05） ,which were increased with age .Conclusion：The positive rates of overweight ,fatty liver ,hypertension ,IFG and high‐TG were in the top five ,and they have become the main health problems for the coal miners .
