NBA能发展成全球影响力最大的职业体育联盟，分析认为其背后深藏着决定其发展方向和命运的精神力量就是西方人文主义思想。通过查阅文献资料、现场考察等方法对NBA构建的物质文化、行为制度文化和精神文化中塑造的人文精神，以人为本的服务，人文关怀及分享运动等理念特征进行详尽的分析和归纳，旨在为国内CBA可持续发展提供思考。
he reason that NBA can develop into the world＇s most influential professional sports league is the underlying spiritual strength -Western humanism, which has decided its development direction and destiny.By using the methods of literature review and field survey, this paper has made an in-depth analysis on the philosophies of humanistic spirits,＂people-oriented＂service,humanistic concern and sports sharing shaped by NBA material culture, system culture and spiritual culture,in an attempt to provide reference for the sustainable development of CBA.
