Biodex平衡系统在运动员选材应用中的初步研究

A preliminary study on application of Biodex Balance System in the athletes selection

目的:对不同项目运动员的动态平衡能力进行测试评定,并于传统的平衡能力测试方法比较,以期建立新的选材标准。方法:采用Biodex平衡系统(BBS)对湖北省队武术、跳水、篮球、足球、体操等52名运动员进行了运动员单脚稳定性测试(ASL),同时进行闭眼单足站立测试,并对这两种平衡测试方法进行了对比。结果:ASL测试结果显示不同项目运动员平衡能力的差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),而闭眼单足站木测试结果显示不同运动项目运动员的平衡能力的差异不具有显著性意义(P>0.05);ASL测试总体稳定指数与闭眼单足站木时间呈中度负相关(r=-0.527,P<0.05);ASL/BMI随着年龄增长有增大趋势。结论:动态平衡测试能够更好地反映不同项目运动员平衡能力的差异,与传统测量方法具有内在一致性,可应用于平衡类项目运动员的选材。

Objective：To evaluate dynamic balance ability of athletes from different sports, compared with the traditional method of balance ability -testing,so as to establish new standards of athletes selection.Methods：52 athletes from Wushu,diving,basketball,football and gymnastics of Hubei province were measured with the program of Athletes Single Limb Stability（ASL）by using Biodex Balance System （BBS ）,and the results were compared with the method of one -leg standing with eyes -closed.Results：ASL test results showed that dynamic balance ability of athletes from different sports had significant difference （P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference with the method of one-leg standing with eyes-closed （P〉0.05）.The overall stability index and time of one-leg？standing had moderate negative correlation （r =-0.527,P 〈0.05 ）.ASL/BMI had a tendency to increase with age. Conclusion：Dynamic balance ability test can better reflect the differences of balance performance of athletes from different sports,and has internal consistency with the traditional method,thus,it may be used for the athletes selection of sports related to the balance ability.
