摘要
基于当前大学生逐年下降的体质状况和体育教学的现状,以马斯洛人本哲学理论为基础,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析马斯洛人本主义、匮乏性动机、自我实现、高峰体验理论运用于高校体育教学的可行性。认为该理论对高校体育教学改革在体育教学过程的人性化、学生体育学业评价的多样化、合理组织竞赛、注重教学过程的审美性和释放性以及教学目标的非功利性等方面具有借鉴意义,旨在为探索以提高学生体质健康为目的的高校体育教学模式提供理论依据和帮助。
In view of the declining college students'physical fitness and physical education, and on the basis of Maslow's humanism philosophy,this paper analyzed the feasibility of applying Maslow's theories of humanistic philosophy,deficiency motivation,self-fulfillment and peak experience to collegiate physical education by adopting the methods of documentation and logical analysis.It is considered that the theories have some reference and enlightenment to the collegiate physical education reform in terms of humanization of physical education, diversification of students'schoolwork evaluation,rational organization of competitions,focusing on aesthetic and release properties of the teaching process,and the non -utilitarianism of teaching goal.This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of collegiate physical education teaching mode that can improve students'physical health.
