摘要
通过大量田间试验,以哈尔滨市城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥为原料,采用卧式旋转式污泥好氧发酵装置对脱水活性污泥进行有氧发酵。同时将发酵后的活性污泥作为有机肥料进行了田间试验效果研究。结果表明:(1)施用污泥的土壤pH有所下降;(2)污泥施肥的土壤速效磷含量要比化肥与空白对照高;(3)试验设计中的化肥处理对土壤全氮影响很小,污泥处理较空白对照仅提高0.07%,各处理间差异不显著;(4)各个处理对土壤有机质、有效态氮含量影响不大;(5)全磷含量变化动态:污泥+化肥>污泥>化肥>空白,施用污泥有利于提高土壤的全磷含量;(6)施用污泥的土壤,速效钾含量高于空白与化学施肥的土壤,施用化肥的土壤又高于空白对照;(7)城市污泥的含盐量较高,会明显提高土壤电导率;(8)通过试验可见,施用城市污泥堆肥能够提高大豆的产量。污泥作为一种生物质资源,是很好的有机肥料,有很好的农用前景。
Through a large number of field experiments , raw material ( dewatered sludge ) was obtained from Harbin Sewage Rreatment Plant to process aerobic fermentation with horizontal rotary type sludge aerobic fermentation device , after fermentation , the activated sludge was used as organic fertilizer in the field experiment . The results showed that: ( 1 ) the pH of soil with application of sludge fertilizer decreased; ( 2 ) available phosphorus content in the soil with sludge fertilizer was higher than that using fertilizer and blank control .(3) the group with chemical fertilizer treatment had slightly effects on total nitrogen content in the soil , total nitrogen content in sludge treatment group increased by only 0.07% compared to the control group , the difference of total nitrogen content among each group was not significant;(4) the content of nitrogen did not show obvious effect in each group treatment; ( 5 ) the change trend of total phosphorus content in each group: sludge +fertilizer 〉sludge 〉chemical fertilizer 〉blank, adding sludge could improve total phosphorus content in the soil; ( 6 ) available potassium content in the soil with applying sludge was higher than applying chemical fertilization , available potassium content in the soil with applying fertilizer was higher than that in the control group ; ( 7 ) the high salinity in city sludge would significantly improve the soil conductivity;sewage sludge compost could be as a type of biomass source , is a good organic fertilizer , has promising land application prospects; ( 8 ) from this experiment , the usage of municipal sewage sludge could increase soybean production . As a kind of biomass resource, sludge is a good organic fertilizer and has a good prospect in agriculture .
