摘要
采用新型还原剂生物质焦在马弗炉中焙烧还原低品位软锰矿,分别研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、生物质焦用量等条件变量对软锰矿还原率的影响,得出最佳实验条件为焙烧温度850℃,焙烧时间60min,生物质焦用量14%,软锰矿还原率可达98%以上。并对软锰矿焙砂进行X射线衍射分析,结果表明生物质焦焙烧还原软锰矿的还原过程依次经历了MnO_2→Mn_2O_3→Mn_3O_4→MnO的物相转变。
Use new reducing agent biomass char for induration reduction of pyrolusite in low grade in muffle. It studies theimpact on reduction rate of pyrolusite by different induration tem perature, induration time? quantity of biomass char separately.The conclusion is that the test condition is that the induration temperature is 850 ℃ ,the induration time is 60min, the dosage ofbiomass char is 14% , and the reduction rate of pyrolusite can reach more than 98%. Also conduct X-ray diffraction analysis forroasted product of pyrolusite. The results show that the reduction procedure of biomass char induration reduction of pyrolusitepasses phase transformation from M nO2→ Mn2〇3→ Mn3〇4→ MnO.
