摘要
介绍了JKSimMet软件在选矿设计工作中的应用,针对磨矿单元进行模拟选型研究。介绍了JKSimMet半自磨选型设计的方法、步骤。通过国内两个实际应用半自磨工艺的选厂进行了流程模拟与实际生产数据的对比分析,解决了半自磨机长期以来依靠传统计算方法的局限性,为选矿厂半自磨设备选型计算提供了新的方法。
The paper introduces the application of JKSimMet software in beneficiation design. Focusing on grinding unit,simulation selection study is conducted. And it describes the method and steps of JKSimMet SAG selection design. Throughtwo beneficiation plants? practical application of SAG process in China, the comparison analysis on procedure simulation andactual production data is conducted. It solves the limitation that in a long time, SAG is reliable on traditional calculationmethod. It provides new method for SAG selection calculation of beneficiation plant.
