钩藤菊楂茶饮对社区肝阳上亢型高血压防治疗效的观察

Observation of Goutengjiuzha chayin on community GangYang shangkang type of prevention and cure of hypertension

目的:观察钩藤菊楂茶饮对社区肝阳上亢型高血压防治的疗效。方法:将社区符合条件的120例患者随机分为干预组60例与对照组60例。对照组:予以降压药治疗,干预组给予钩藤菊楂茶饮方每日开水冲泡饮服和降压治疗。两组均以3个月为1个疗程。共2个疗程,观察干预效果。结果:降压显效率干预组为63.33%,对照组为31.67%。中医证候疗效积分比较,干预组积分明显低于对照组,两组差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:钩藤菊楂茶饮是社区肝阳上亢型高血压有效地干预方法。

Objective：To observe the efficacy ofthe ＂Goutengiiuzha TeaDrink＂ in prevention and treatment of＂GangYangshangkang＂hypertension of community.Methods：The qualifying 120 patients of Community were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group 60 cases of 60 cases.Control group：It was treated by Antihypertensive drugs .Intervention group was daily given ＂Goutengiiuzha TeaDrink＂ and antihypertensive treatment .The two groups were for a three-month course of treatment. It was totaly two courses to observe intervention effects. Results： The effective rate down to 63.33 percent in the intervention group, the control group was 31.67%. TCM syndromes points compared to the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group integration, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 01）.Conclusion： ＂Goutengjiuzha TeaDrink＂ is effective intervention on＂GangYangshangkang＂ Hypertension in Community.
