黄连温胆汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的：本研究通过进行中药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床观察,以期为治疗方案的制定提供依据.方法：本研究选取了2014年1月-2016年1月期间在我院门诊和住院治疗的60例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,将其随机分成观察组和对照组各30名.观察组给予中药联合西药进行治疗,对照单用西药进行治疗.待所有治疗完成后,将两组取得的临床疗效以及药物不良反应进行对比随访3个月,比较两组患者的复发率.结果：两组患者接受治疗后,症状均较前有所改善.其中观察组患者的临床疗效,药物不良反应显著优于对照组.同时,在随访期间观察组患者的疾病复发率也显著优于对照组患者..结论：临床采用中药联合西药的方案治疗慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床疗效较单用西药理想,能够有效缓解临床症状,降低药物不良反应,防止疾病复发,值得普及到临床当中.

Objective： To observe the effect of clinical treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of the present study was conducted.
