中西医结合治疗重度痤疮临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of integrative treatment with Chinese and western medicine of severe acne

目的：探讨和分析中西医结合治疗重度痤疮的临床效果,以供参考,方法：选取2013年1月-2015年12月本院收治的500例重度痤疮患者为研究对象,采用对照分析法,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各250例.其中对照组给予外涂药物及口服异维A酸、阿奇霉素等西医治疗12周,而观察组患者则在给予西医治疗4周基础上,再加用中药治疗8周;疗程结束后统计分析两组患者的预后情况.结果：观察组患者的恢复情况显著优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：中西医结合治疗重度痤疮显著优于现大多数患者更为倾向的西药治疗手段,值得在临床推广.

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of integrative treatment with Chinese and western medicine of severe acne. Methods 500 cases of severe acne patients from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected for the study, using comparative analysis methed, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 250 cases in each group. Control group was given external drugs and oral isotretinoin A acid, azithromycin and other western medicine treatment for 12 weeks; on the basis of four weeks of western medicine, observation group was then given Chinese medicine treatment for eight weeks depending on the patient＇s condition; after treatment two groups＇ prognosis were analyzed. Results The recovery of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative treatment of severe acne was significantly better than western medicine treatment, which is worthy of clinical practice.
