知识就是力量?——兼谈人的核心素养教育

Is knowledge power?——Also on people′s key competency education

自从培根提出"知识就是力量"的口号以后,人们便把知识奉为圭臬。可知识未必就是力量,只有知识转化为人的核心素养,知识才使人的生命具有力量。培育人的核心素养要靠人的核心素养教育,人的核心素养教育不仅符合我国人才培养目标,而且也是提高我国人民综合素质的重要途径。建构人的核心素养教育必须先确定人的核心素养教育目标,其次是如何实施人的核心素养教学,最后是合理制定人的核心素养教育评价体系。

Since Francis Bacon came up with the slogan that ＂ knowledge is power＂,many of us regarded knowledge as a criterion.However,knowledge may not be power,only it is transformed into people＇s key competences,and then it will make people′s life powerful.To cultivate people′s key competences mainly relies on people′s key competency education,which is not only conforming to the goal of talent cultivation,but also an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of our people.There are three steps to construct people′s key competency education,first is to set the goal;second is how to implement the people′s key competency teaching;the last but not least is to establish the evaluation system for people′s key competency education.
