摘要
自编问卷,在对转型高校教师教学服务效果及教学服务能力调查的基础上,探讨了提高转型高校教师教学服务效果的策略。研究认为,可以从学生能力、情感态度价值、知识3个方面的改变来对教师的教学服务效果进行评价;可以从科研和实践能力、教学态度、教学内容、教学方式、教学手段5个方面对教师的教学服务满意度进行评价。研究提出,转型高校教师应该加强科研和实践能力,争做"双师双能型"教师;加强教学道德修养;丰富教学方式。此外,理工类教师授课时需注意教授内容的正确性,重难点突出、信息量大;人文社科类教师授课时需注意教学语言的准确性,板书工整、课件制作要精美。
Self compiled questionnaire,On the basis of the investigation of teachers′teaching service and the satisfaction in transformation colleges,discusses how to improving teachers′teaching in transformation colleges.The research thinks that the teaching effect can be evaluated from three aspects of students:the ability,the value of emotional attitude,and the knowledge;teaching satisfaction can be evaluated from five aspects of scientific research and practical ability,teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method,teaching means.Research thinks,teachers should strengthen the ability of research and practice,to become a " multiple abilities" teachers;strengthen the teaching of moral cultivation;enrich teaching methods.In addition,the science and engineering teachers should pay attention to the correctness of the contents of the professor,the theoretical explanation should to be clear,and the difficulty of the problem,the amount of information;humanities and social science teachers should pay attention to the accuracy of the language of teaching,writing neatly,courseware should be fine.
