实践教学是特色应用型本科院校电类专业培养体系的重要组成部分,也是衡量人才培养质量的重要标准。体系以培养学生实践能力、创新能力、协作精神和综合素质为目标,构筑校内多元协同实践教学体系的新格局,搭建校外多元协同实践教学体系的新平台,形成了"多维一体"、"多位一体"、"多元一体"、"校企合作"、"校所合作"于一体的新模式。实践案例证明,该体系能够满足应用型人才培养的需求,实现学生与用人企业零距离对接。

Practice teaching is an important part of electric specialty develop system in the characteristic applicationoriented college,and an important standard to measure the talent-training quality.The system constructs a new intramural pattern of practice teaching system with multivariate cooperation and sets up a new extramural platform with the goal of training practical ability,innovation ability,team spirit and comprehensive quality,and comes into being a new pattern combining multi-dimension,multi-position,pluralistic integration,university-enterprise cooperation,university-institute cooperation into one.The experiment case proves that the system can satisfy the needs of applied talent training,and can realize the zero distance connection between student and employers.
