杜郎口教学改革的SWOT分析及其出路探究

摘要 始于1998年的杜郎口教学实践改革,经历了从点状、局部、单维度的教学实践改革到网状、整体、多维度改革的转变。作为农村薄弱学校自觉发起的教学实践改革,杜郎口教学实践改革如今也面临诸多困境。通过SWOT分析对杜郎口教学实践模式在新教学模式层出的良好氛围之下如何利用改革动机与经验之优势、转变薄弱的教师队伍素质和学习方式整体性缺乏之劣势、破解模式"固化"的挑战进行客观的分析,由此探究以优势之力和机遇之期化解挑战、改造劣势的出路。这既是对杜郎口自身教学实践模式的完善与突破,也是对我国基础教育教学实践模式发展做出的有益探索,具有重要的理论和现实意义。 Began in1998 Dulangkou teaching reform practice has experienced the change from the punctate,local,single dimension changed to the mesh,overall,multi-dimension,gradually became mature.However,as a native of rural weak school consciously initiated reform of teaching practice,Dulangkou teaching practice reform is now faced with many difficulties.Through the SWOT analysis of Dulangkou model's new breakthrough,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges objectively and do some systematic analysis,taking the advantages and opportunities to cope with the challenges and transformation of disadvantage can help their teaching practice model improvement and breakthrough,and it is also useful for the development of China′s basic education teaching practice mode as a beneficial exploration.All in all,this has the important theoretical and practical significance.
