摘要
通过旋涂法在Si片上制备双酚-A聚碳酸酯(bisphenol-A polycarbonate,BAPC)薄膜,置入40℃、40kPa的丙酮蒸汽中,进行不同时间的处理.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了丙酮蒸汽诱导BAPC薄膜结晶行为.XRD图谱显示,经丙酮蒸汽处理40min的BAPC薄膜样品位于27.3°处出现了明显的结晶衍射峰,衍射峰在3h之后消失并在57h后再次出现.结晶薄膜样品中的晶粒尺寸随着丙酮蒸汽处理时间的增长而增大.AFM形貌图显示开始是球晶形貌,随丙酮蒸汽处理时间的增长球晶形貌消失而纤维晶形貌出现.研究结果表明:BAPC薄膜在丙酮蒸汽诱导下,结晶速率得到显著的提高并有重结晶现象;薄膜发生重结晶时形貌也有明显的变化.
Crystallization of spin-coated bisphenol-A polycarbonate (BAPC) thin films on Si substrate in acetone- vapor of 40 kPa at 40 ℃ was studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscope (AFM). In the XRD spectra, a distinct diffraction peak at 27.3° was observed for the BAPC thin film treated with acetone-vapor for 40 min; The diffraction peak disappears after 3 h and it appears again after 57 h. Grain sizes of BAPC thin films in- crease with the elapsed time of acetone-vapor treatment. Spherulite structures are observed on the surface of the BAPC thin film in AFM images; with the exposure time increasing, the spherulite structures disappear and the fiber- structures appear. The results show that the crystallization rate of BAPC thin film has been greatly enhanced when acetone-vapor and recrystallization occurs; the morphology of BAPC film surface shows a distinct change with the in- crease of the exposure time.
