基于静电除尘器入口流场的可视化研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用计算流体动力学CFD软件FLUENT6.3对除尘器烟气进气口的流场分布进行了数值计算和三维仿真模拟,分析了烟气在静电除尘器进气口处速度场、压强场的分布等情况,并实现了可视化。研究结果表明:流入除尘器中气流的流速在减小,沿着壁面方向气体流速较小而沿着z轴方向的气体流速较大;沿着壁面方向的压强低,但是增加较快;沿着z轴方向的压强较大,增加缓慢。模拟结果为静电除尘器入口处的导流板设置方式提供了理论依据。 Numerical calculation and the analogue simulation of three-dimensional were analyzed of the flow field distribution of precipitator inlet by the computational fluid dynamics software CFD FLUENT 6.3, flue gas in electrostatic precipitator inlet velocity field ,pressure field distribution and the realization of vi-sualization were also studied in this paper .The results showed that the flow rate of the air flow in the dust collector is reduced ,the velocity of the gas flow along the wall is very small near the inlet ,while along the z axis direction is larger .The pressure along the wall is low ,but it increases very fast ,and the pressure a-long the z axis is relatively large and increases slowly .The simulation results provided a theoretical basis for the guide plate provided by the entrance of the electrostatic precipitator .
