摘要
分析了梅山预选工艺细粒级矿泥选矿生产工艺现状和存在的矿泥跑浑问题,提出了Φ38 m、Φ45m两个浓缩池同时输出底流入选的技术方案,完成了实施前后浓缩-隔渣-弱磁-强磁工艺流程考查。工艺优化结果证明,溢流浓度由1.464%降低到0.236%,精矿作业产率由28.79%提高到36.14%,每年可多选出铁品位57%的铁精矿14 699 t,效果明显,效益显著。
This paper has analyzed the fine particle size ore slime dressing production present situation, and the mudflow question with the existence ore slime in Meishan preconcentration process, proposed Ф38 m and Ф45m two thickening tanks simultaneously output undercurrent being selected the technical plan, completed around the implementation to concentrate-separates the dregs-weak magnetic separation-heavy magnetic separation technical process examination. Optimization results show that the overflow density reduced largely, from 1.464% reducing to 0.236%, the ore concentrate work production rate from 28.79% enhancing to 36.14%, enhanced 7.35 percentage points, can produce iron grade of 57% iron ore concentrate 14699t every year. The effect is obvious and the benefit is remarkable.
