江苏海州湾海域海洋牧场建设现状及发展对策建议

2002-2013期间,江苏海州湾海洋牧场（连云港）每年投入一定资金进行人工鱼礁、海上增殖放流、贝藻场等项目的建设。通过10多年的发展,连云港海州湾海洋牧场在充分利用海水空间、净化水质、提升食物链效率、恢复渔业资源再生能力等方面发挥了重要作用。但也存在着资金短缺,管理条例欠缺、科技投入缺乏的困境。海洋牧场今后的发展可在开拓思路、多渠道筹集资金、提高公众的海洋意识、建立可操作的管理条例以及科学管理、科技投入等方面寻找对策,这是今后发展的前景和方向。
